The Marcom Communications Groupo set up on 1 June 2010 by Magnus Biagi, a graduate of Esstic, journalist and writer. In his capacity of CEO of the group, he established the ‘Emergence’ newspaper which appears regularly and without interruption since 1 June 2010. He also set up a printing press equipped with advanced hi-tech imported from Europe.
