CAPE TELECOMS USERS FORUM LAUNCHES ITS WEB SITE The Cape telecommunication Users Forum (CTUF) web site is live. Go to http://www.ctuf.za.org . CTUFs members communicate via an e-mail group on issues pertaining to the state of telco and related ICT issues in South Africa. CTUF made a representation to the Department of Communications in response to the new telco policy directions. CTUF takes on an individual user perspective on these issues, and draws from insights from users in the business, academic, civil society and other sectors.
