E-commerce company Prism says the struggling Accord division it acquired for R88m will pay for itself within two years. Prism bought the mobile commerce division of Accord Technologies in March 2000 and the move was already paying handsome dividends.

IGAMING REPORTS BIG LOSSES

The Internet Gaming Corporation, whose share is under suspension for breaking two JSE rules, has reported a headline loss of 3.81c per share for the 12 months to end-February 2001. The JSE has also advised investors that Y3K and Y2KTec’s financial results are facing modified audit opinions.
