Congolese Financial Operations Senior Manager

Vendor Resource Consulting is currently looking for a Congolese Financial Operations Senior Manager for a permanent role in Congo (this position is not opened to expats).

Responsibilities will include:

- Take the full lead of financial accounting & Treasury divisions: supervision and control of day to day duties, processes, training, etc…

- Develop analytical tools to control and follow up the main KPIs of the business: trafic, interconect, roaming, capex, opex, etc…

- Ensure the compliance of the company to the fiscal and accounting rules: OHADA & IFRS ;

- Manage the ledger of sensitive suppliers of equipments and intercompany partners;

- Interface to internal and external auditors for quarterly and annual interims;

- Define, initiate, update and implement the procedures of the Finance department within the company ;

- Interface to other departments of the company for the efficient achievement of the global corporate goals.
