DRC IXP WORKSHOP HERALDS THE START OF THE DISCUSSION FOR REGIONAL IXPS

So far most of the discussion about internet exchange points has been about setting them up and getting ISPs to use them at a local level. However the discussion took a step forward at a workshop in Kinshasa at the beginning of this month. A project to connect local IXPs through a regional internet exchange was discussed.
