Angola: Unitel Data Roaming Reaches Ethiopia

Luanda — Unitel, mobile operator in Angola, reached for the first time, data roaming service in Ethiopia, thus strengthening the presence of the network in Africa.

A press note released to ANGOP, in Luanda states that the company is committed to ensure a service improvement complete and with quality to its customers, Unitel continues to invest in expanding its roaming service in the areas of voice and data, keeping the slogan "O Proximo mais proximo.

In February, Unitel provided its data roaming service to two new destinations, Ethiopia and Aruba, through partnerships with local operators Ethio Telecom and Setar, respectively.

The mobile company is getting bigger and bigger, in February it unveiled its presence in Cyprus and Macau, through partnerships with MTN (Cyprus) and with (at Hutchison) for 2nd and 3rd local partners GPRS data roaming, respectively.
