Africa: wTVision provides on-air graphics for Africa Cup

Technology & Convergence

wTVision is providing a complete on-air graphics service for the broadcast coverage of the Orange Africa Cup of Nations 2010 edition, which kicked off on 10 January and runs through to 31 January. wTVision alongside several other MediaPro companies are present in Angola with all technical resources to ensure the broadcast of the event.

After Mali in 2002 and Egypt in 2006, wTVision is once more responsible for all 3D on-air graphics production, supported by a team of experienced operators in the four cities where games will take place - Luanda, Cabinda, Benguela and Lubango.

wTVision will also provide virtual graphics at all the games, including virtual offside line, 9 meter circle, distance to goal and ball speed, supported by Deltacast technology.
