- The Unity Schools Old Students’ Association (USOSA) has signed a memorandum of understanding with multimedia content developing and disseminating outfit, Bob TV to create USOSA Television that would take full advantage of new media applications to educate greater number of Nigerians locally and abroad. The TV channel (USOSA TV), according to the Chief Executive Officer of Bob TV, Charles Igwe, is intended to be the one-stop shop for everyone requiring up-to-date information on Education in Nigeria.
- The Naspers growth story continues apace. The technology and media group which also owns Internet service provider MWeb and pay-TV operator MultiChoice, said in mid-Nov. 2010 that it expects core earnings per share to leap by up to 35% in the six months to 30 September 2010.
