The site provides insights on his history, awards, media interviews, writings and more. He trained in film making at the “Institute of Cinematography of Belgrade’ (ex-Yugoslavia) in 1962. From 1964 to 1966, he trained at internationally famous ‘Institut des Hautes Etudes Cinématographiques de Paris’ (IDHEC, which then became ‘la FEMIS’). From 1967, he worked as a film maker for ‘Société Ivoirienne de Cinéma’ (SIC) in Ivory Coast until the society’s closure. He then set up his own company called ‘Focale 13’. He produced and wrote several films including the 2004 popular film Caramel.
