- In May, Franco-German TV channel Arte presented an 82 mins TV magazine on hip-hop and rap, an African-related music and dance movement that started in the 70’s in the Bronx. The movement travelled the World in the 80’s and made strides all over Europe – particularly in France –with Sidney, the first black TV presenter in the country - and across Africa.
