Twelve-year old Zuriel Oduwole recently made history when she became the youngest person in the world to have her documentary screened in a commercial movie theatre. Oduwole, a Nigerian native residing in Los Angeles, is also the youngest person of African descent to be listed on the 100 Most Influential Africans list in 2013 alongside three Presidents. She was also the youngest person in the world to be profiled in Forbes Magazine at the age of 10. The inspiring young female showed her newest documentary titled A Promising Africa at the Film House Cinema chain in Lagos in November 2014. The documentary will be screened in London this month, January 2015, and a limited and early release is scheduled for later in the year.
