Cape Verde has already invested EUR 14.5 million to implement Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT), a process that started five years ago, according to the country's Minister of Culture and Creative Industries, Abraham Vincente, reports Lusa. The first phase of the transition from analogue to digital was completed in July 2017, covering four islands (Santiago, Maio, Sal and Sao Vicente), where more than 75 percent of the archipelago's population live.
