Cote d'Ivoire's minister of communication, Sidi Tiemoko Toure, has officially inaugurated the national roll-out of digital terrestrial television (DTT) services in the country, completing a project which started in 2015 with a pilot phase in Abidjan covering approximately 25 percent of the population. With this final stage, expected to start before December, the DTT migration will be completed at the latest by June 2020, said Toure.
