Ghana: KweseTV Brings Millennial Music Platform, MuseAfrica Back To TV Screens

The MuseAfrica block will be broadcasting 60 minutes of exclusive music-related material on KweseTV (KFS) daily on weekdays from 4 pm to 5 pm.

KweseTV announced that the programming would include some of Muse’s original digital shows that have been streamed to fans across its social media channels and website. This partnership will unite two brands that dominate Ghana’s youth viewership and also marks a significant turning point for Kwese’s adjustment of its content slate.

MuseAfrica’s Editor-in-Chief, George Wiredu Duah commented that the fans spoke MuseAfrica had to listen to them and give them what they want so the platform built more content that will drive conversations around music, culture, music entertainment that speaks to the Ghanaian audience.

The newly added programming will provide more opportunities for companies seeking to build and expand their brands within Ghana’s millennial market. Nana Asiedu Asante-Samuels, the Programs Manager for KFS said that for Kwese, Muse Africa shares and embodies the pay-tv operator’s strong belief of striving to build winning engagement content for the African millennial.
