It’s not easy running a successful content business anywhere but it’s even harder in Africa. Kenya’s MediaAfrica has successfully taken an old media business - a press cuttings agency - and turned it into a burgeoning new media business. Russell Southwood spoke to MediaAfrica’s Cosma Gatere about how it happened.   How did you get started?   We used to do media analysis packages and we used to count the number of positive and negative headlines the client got.
