ACT 2004 -TROUBLE IN PARADISE AS LIBERALISATION HURRICANE PASSES OVER
This year’s ACT conference took place in Mauritius in Le Meridien Hotel alongside a beautiful tropical beach, lending the proceedings something of a holiday atmosphere.
