Mozambique - TDM's MD Adriano wants a new interconnect agreement
For most telecoms incumbents the interconnection agreement with other carriers is usually made on terms that they broadly find acceptable. But according to its Managing Director Salvador Adriano TDM finds itself in the unusual position of being at a complete disadvantage from this key agreement.
