South Africa's Telkom has launched a community portal for customers to post experiences with the company's products and services. The online forum is hosted on the Telkom domain at The operator revealed in October the plans for a Telkom Community, where customers can share their experiences and speak to other Telkom customers. Telkom said it was working to improve its digital self-service channels and other online tools to make it easier for clients to access services and support.
