Libya’s Libyana Mobile launches 4G LTE service

Libya: Libyana Mobile, a Libyan telecommunications company has launched the country’s first 4th Generation Long Term Evolution (4G LTE) service, according to this report.

4G LTE is known to deliver very high data speeds, allowing users stream HD videos, make video and voice calls, download whatever at the speed of light, play games online and so on.

The launch of the service will allow Libyana Mobile offer its customers high speed Internet connection of up to 150 Mbps at a very affordable price.

At the moment, the servide will only be available in Tripoli, Zawiya, Sabha and Misrata. More locations will get the service as time goes on, according to the company.
