South Africa and Cuba ink deal to cooperate on ICT, and especially on security

South Africa and Cuba governments have signed an ICT cooperation agreement. The agreement covers the exchange of technical skills and human resources development; sharing experiences in satellite and other communication networks; and management of limited resources such as radio frequency spectrum management.

The deal also covers sharing experiences in the digitisation of society; postal services and technology; and consultation and cooperation within the framework of international organizations. Read the full article on Telecompaper here
