GVA Togo offers since July 12, 2019 a new broadband internet offer in Togo. START, the new CANALBOX offer gives access to an unlimited internet connection of 10Mb / s. the cost set at 15,000 CFA francs / month should allow more Togolese households to access broadband, said GVA Togo "START is immediately available in all areas of Lome that have already been connected since March," said Vivendi Africa's subsidiary in Togo. In launching this new offer, GVA Togo also recalled that the "deployment of fiber optics continues" to connect other areas of the Togolese capital. In June 2016, the group Videndi Africa - Togo (GVA) obtained its license of Internet access provider in Togo. The group had therefore committed to democratize broadband internet in Togo with the FTTH. Last June, he raised his premium offer from 30 to 50 Mb / s.

Telecom Egypt (TE) has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with pay-TV operator Cable Network Egypt (CNE) which will enable it to provide TE customers with IPTV services in collaboration with ‘various’ content providers. Under the agreement TE will provide its customers with unique content and TV channels through an IPTV platform, with the telco saying it plans to market ‘numerous packages especially tailored to serve all customer segments and include content such as entertainment, sports, TV series, movies and kids channels, among others’.
