The general functions evolve to work closely with the CEO and the rest of AfriNIC departments to ensure that AfriNIC's policies are communicated clearly to the members and that the services required and requested by the members are provided. Proactively develop programs and products to both encourage active participation of current members and attract new members. Facilitate outreach opportunities for AfriNIC in the Internet Community. Communicate member input to the CEO and staff.
