SENEGALSE CYBER-CAFÉ ASSOCIATION ATTACKS SONATEL FOR POOR SERVICE
The association of cybercafes of Ziguinchor in Senegal has made public its disappointment regarding the bad quality of internet service provided by Sonatel, the Senegalese national imcumbant. Some days the connection is only up for two hours. Cybercafe owners are losing business but they still have to pay their phone bill to Sonatel. The association is planning to organise a march regrouping all internet users to demonstrate further their dissatisfaction and put more pressure on Sonatel’s to improve service delivery.
