Algiers - Algérie Télécom (AT) concluded a contract with Siemens communications group and its world partner Juniper networks to develop the advanced Internet protocol (IP) in Algeria, the historical operator indicated Monday. The contract of an amount of about $20 million concerns the setting up of a multi-service network based on MPLS technology (multi-protocol switching) future generation, Siemens communications group told APS on Monday.
