THE AFRICAN NETWORK OPERATORS' GROUP (AFNOG) 6TH MEETING

25th - 27th April 2005
Maputo,  Mozambique

AfNOG conferences provide a forum for the coordination and dissemination of technical information related to backbone/enterprise networking technologies and operational practices. Meetings are held once a year in different African countries following a 5 day training workshop. The meetings are informal, with an emphasis on relevance to current and future African backbone engineering practices. The last AFNOG conference in Dakar drew over 150 participants, mainly consisting of network engineering staff from national service providers, and members of the research and education community.
