MAURITIUS: PROPHONY AND CRM CENTRE MERGE THEIR CALL CENTRE OPERATIONS
Prophony and CRM Center have merged their call-centre operations in Mauritius. Both are players in the international call centre market and the new operation will take over the Prophony name.
The two combined call centres will now have 150 positions capable of operating 24/7. Prophony brings with it high-value clients in industry and service sectors and CRM brings its press and publishing clients. Both companies markets are in Europe and it can now offer both french and english language services.
Gilles Guerre, founder of Prophony and Yves Renie, founder of CRM Center will be co-directors of the new company.
