CÔTE D’IVOIRE: CONFERENCE TO PROMOTE THE USE OF OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE

Last week there was an Open Source Conference in Cote D’Ivoire that was addressed by Christian Roland of Assic on the theme:"Les logiciels libres et les collectivités territoriales". Didier Kla of the l’Association Ivoirienne pour Linux et les Logiciels Libres (AI3L) argued that Open Source as a concept made a great deal of sense for developing countries.
