The President of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Dr. Chris Nwannenna has said that for Nigerian software developers to produce standard and quality softwares, the country needs a software incubation centre.

Revealing this recently at an event organised by the NCS in Lagos, Dr. Nwannenna said the software incubator, to be established locally or outside the country, would assist member companies expanding into external markets for the first time.

He explained that with such a centre providing software developers with access to investors, information, contacts and relationships with other entrepreneurs, local software developers would be better placed to achieve the aim of producing high standard and qualitative products.
