- Tunisie Télécom is going to make tariff reductions of between 25-40% and offer new services to woo customers. The first cut is 25% of its GSM subscription price from 12 January, allowing a second subscription on the same 30% of a second user on the same number. It is also seeking to offer a midway-way position on billing between pre-payment and being billed after use. Users can choose a tariff where they make 5 monthly payments of 10 dinars.
